About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead research & shortlisting: Find and qualify potential clients from platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Faire, etc.
2. CRM data entry: Update lead details, stages, and remarks in Airtable or other CRM tools
3. Cold outreach: Assist in sending WhatsApp, email, or call-based messages using pre-approved templates
4. Follow-up coordination: Schedule callbacks, follow-ups, and log all responses properly
5. Pitch support: Join in on calls/Zooms, take notes, and assist seniors during live demos or onboarding
6. Proposal & quote sharing: Send service decks, pricing, and quotations via WhatsApp/email
7. Conversion support: Track interested leads and help push them towards closing
8. Reporting & analysis: Maintain daily reports of outreach, responses, and active prospects
9. Script & template updating: Suggest improvements in sales pitch flow, based on field insights
10. Training & SOP compliance: Learn and follow sales SOPs, call handling techniques, and reporting formats
