About the internship
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales? Wayspire Ed-Tech Private Limited is seeking a dynamic 'Business Development (Sales)' intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales and marketing team to learn valuable skills in driving revenue growth for our innovative educational technology products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and outreach efforts
2. Support the development of sales strategies and campaigns to attract new customers
3. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales presentations and pitches
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
5. Engage in online and offline marketing initiatives to promote our products and services
6. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge
7. Provide excellent customer service and support to build long-lasting relationships with clients
8. Achieve monthly targets

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 22,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 25,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 700000/year1. 6 working days per week - Monday off.
2. Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
