About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. The Outreach: Conduct 60 to 80 high-energy calls daily to identify potential learners.
2. The Conversion: Turn leads into hot leads by booking and conducting live, virtual 1-on-1 product demos.
3. The Close: Use your presentation skills to showcase our value proposition and close sales.
4. The Tech: Utilize modern CRM and sales intelligence tools (like LeadSquared/HubSpot/Zoom) to track your performance and manage your pipeline.
5. The Strategy: Act as a quick thinker; handle objections on the spot and pivot your pitch based on the customer's needs.

About the Role:

We’re building a high-performance outbound sales team to scale our EdTech company’s fast-growing vertical. We’re looking for 5-8 founding members of our sales engine. You will be the face of the company, guiding students and parents through their educational journey via cold outreach and live virtual product demonstrations. This role is ideal for energetic, confident individuals who love talking to people, enjoy persuading and presenting, and want to build a serious career in education, business, and sales.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

1. Calling and talking to potential customers
2. Converting leads into interested prospects
3. Conducting online product demos
