About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Lead Handling (Core Responsibility)
1. Respond to all inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram) promptly
2. Understand customer requirements (occasion, budget, number of guests, dates)
3. Share relevant property options with proper details, photos, and videos
B. Customer Communication
1. Interact with clients professionally via calls and WhatsApp
2. Explain property features, pricing, and availability clearly
3. Build trust and maintain a friendly, helpful tone
C. Follow-Ups & Conversion
1. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
2. Handle objections (pricing, availability, comparisons)
3. Work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
D. CRM & Lead Tracking
1. Update lead details and status in CRM/system
2. Maintain proper records of new leads, follow-ups, and conversions
3. Ensure no lead is missed or forgotten
E. Coordination with Internal Teams: Coordinate with:
1. Operations team (availability, property readiness)
2. Content/marketing team (photos/videos if required)
3. Ensure accurate information is shared with customers
F. Daily Reporting:
1. Share daily updates, including the number of leads handled, follow-ups done, and bookings closed
2. Maintain transparency in work progress
G. Learning & Improvement:
1. Understand different properties and pricing structures
2. Learn sales techniques and customer handling
3. Continuously improve communication and closing skills
