Business Development (Sales) Internship in Hyderabad at FixityEDX

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Research and identify potential clients across various industries in the domestic market.
Build and maintain a lead database using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites.
Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social platforms to generate interest and schedule introductory calls.
Support the sales team with outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
Work with CRM tools to log and track leads and client interactions.
Prepare lead reports and weekly updates for the sales leadership team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine lead targeting strategies.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or human resource services.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
Comfortable using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and email automation tools.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Quick learner with good analytical and research skills.
