About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct cold calls to potential leads and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
2. provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales preferred
4. Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
5. Create engaging marketing materials to boost campaign visibility and monitor daily progress on registrations, generating analytical reports that highlight outreach efforts, response rates, and areas for improvement.
6. Handle inbound leads from website forms, paid ads, emails, chat widgets, WhatsApp, and other channels.
7. Call and respond to new inquiries promptly
8. Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
9. Assist in preparing quotations and client communication and Support B2B sales.
10. Collaborating with marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
11. Tracking sales data and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
12. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: 4,000 /month
Incentive pay: 11,000 /month
A. Stipend structure details:
1. 4,000 will be paid as a fixed monthly stipend.
2. 11,000 will be paid as a variable component, applicable only upon successful end-to-end closure of deals.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidates must have prior experience in sales (minimum internship experience required).
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to independently handle the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
