About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Join client calls post-deal closure to understand project requirements clearly.
2. Act as the coordination bridge between clients and the development team.
3. Convert client requirements into structured task briefs for WordPress and Shopify developers.
4. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
5. Maintain organized documentation including meeting notes and requirement sheets.
6. Follow up with developers to ensure smooth project progress.
7. Share regular project updates with clients in a professional manner.
8. Perform basic quality checks before project delivery.
9. Support live web development projects within a fast-moving digital agency setup.

1. Must currently be based in Jaipur and available for a full-time, work-from-office internship.
2. Strong spoken and written communication skills.
3. Basic understanding of how websites work (WordPress knowledge is a plus).
4. Ability to differentiate between design changes and development tasks.
5. Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
8. Confident and proactive attitude with minimal supervision.
9. Coachable and open to feedback.
10. Honest, professional, and clear communicator.
11. Calm under deadlines and project pressure.
12. Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA, BCom, BTech, BCA, or similar courses preferred.
13. Freshers or students serious about careers in project management or client servicing are encouraged to apply.
14. Prior exposure to client handling, coordination, or project management is an added advantage.
15. Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email communication, and documentation practices required.
