About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Client Interaction & Communication - Handle client queries, understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences through calls and face-to-face communication.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups - Contact potential clients, generate leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and convert enquiries into prospective customers.
3. Sales & Deal Closure - Present suitable property options, negotiate with clients, address their concerns, and assist in closing property deals.
4. Property Site Visits - Coordinate and accompany clients for property/site visits, explain project details, and support them throughout the visit.
5. Client Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with clients, update lead details, track sales activities, and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.
