About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit schools, colleges, and academic institutions in and around Calicut to introduce Aeloria Leadership Academy's leadership and professional development programs.
2. Support senior team members in institutional meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
3. Assist in the on-ground coordination and smooth execution of leadership workshops conducted at partner institutions.
4. Collect and document feedback, leads, and institutional requirements in structured reports.
5. Work closely with the core team to plan and execute field-level marketing and outreach strategies.
