Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B clients across industries
Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and other creative channels
Qualify leads and schedule discovery or demo meetings for the founder(s)
Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity
Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Provide market insights and feedback to product and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B preferred)
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
High ownership mindset with bias for action
Curiosity to understand product and industry deeply
Bonus: Experience in HRTech, Product company, and recruitment domain
