About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and connecting with potential international B2B clients.
Conduct basic market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Support the team in maintaining and updating client databases using CRM tools.
Help in preparing business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Marketing) for smooth execution of client communication.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking leads using CRM software.
Participate in client communication (emails, calls, and virtual meetings) under supervision.
Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and marketing initiatives.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on assigned tasks and progress.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Commerce, or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
MBA or postgraduate students looking for internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Internship experience in SaaS, IT, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and SaaS/IT solutions (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) will be a plus.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and proactive.
