Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development team in lead generation and client acquisition activities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services
Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and senior team members
Maintain and update client data, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems
Support sales presentations, proposals, and documentation
Understand client requirements and share insights with the team
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets as assigned
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews
Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients
