About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to support revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client portfolios, generating new business opportunities, and delivering solutions aligned with clients' property marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and connect with potential clients, including real estate developers and channel partners.
Assist in pitching property advertisement, branding, and listing solutions tailored to client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends.
2. Account Management & Client Servicing
Support the management of existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
3. Sales Targets & Revenue Support
Assist in achieving assigned sales targets and business goals.
Help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
4. Sales Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure timely campaign execution.
Maintain and update client data, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
Track leads, follow-ups, and closures to ensure smooth sales processes.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Monitor sales performance and maintain reports on key metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting progress, pipeline, and insights.
Provide feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
