About the internship
We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive Intern to join our team in Kochi. This is a structured 6-month internship designed to help you identify and secure new business opportunities, build client relationships, and grow within a sales-driven environment. While the initial focus is on in-office tasks, we will gradually introduce field visits as part of your learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and quotes
Track market trends and competitor activities
Support sales reporting, CRM updates, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with the team on business strategy and growth plans

Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field)

Willingness to commit to 6 months and adapt as responsibilities evolve

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 350000 to 450000/year
