About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Management: Handling premium leads for luxury residential projects in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
2. Client Coordination: Briefing clients about project features and scheduling site visits.
3. Database Management: Maintaining daily reports and updating lead status in Excel/CRM.
4. Market Research: Identifying potential investors and understanding wealth management requirements.
5. Direct Sales Support: Assisting the Managing Director in closing high-ticket deals.
