Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and identify potential leads for the sales team
2. Assist with creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
3. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
5. Maintain CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information
6. Participate in sales meetings and presentations to learn from experienced professionals
7. Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
