We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and proactive Sales & Growth Intern who wants to learn how startups go from zero to their first customers. You'll work directly with the founders at Variabl and get a front-row seat to customer acquisition, business development, partnerships, and growth.
From identifying potential customers to building relationships and driving conversions, you'll be part of the entire growth process. If you enjoy meeting new people, having meaningful conversations, and helping build something from the ground up, this role will give you hands-on experience and a strong foundation in sales, growth, and startups.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify freelancers, creators, consultants, and agencies who may benefit from Variabl. We are working with a new gen workforce who is very easy to reach out to Instagram and Linkedin. It will help you build your own network too.
2. Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
3. Book meetings and product demos for the founding team.
4. Follow up with prospects and maintain outreach consistency.
5. Maintain and update lead information in CRM and tracking systems.
6. Support customer onboarding and feedback collection.
7. Research market trends, competitors, and customer segments.
8. Work closely with the founders on growth and business development initiatives.
