About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Inbound Lead Engagement:
1. Handle incoming inquiries, primarily via calls, emails, and online chats.
2. Respond promptly and courteously to all inquiries, providing initial information about our products or services.
3. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
4. Schedule Product Demo for Qualified Clients
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or related fields.

2. Basic understanding of business development and sales concepts.

3. Good command of English (written & spoken).

4. Familiarity with MS Office/Google Suite.

5. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
