About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Society visits: Visit pre-identified residential societies in the assigned area. Observe notice boards or speak with security/front desk to gather basic society information.
2. Identify & collect POC details: Politely inquire about the society's committee members or decision-makers (e.g., secretary, chairman, facility manager). Collect accurate contact details (name, number, designation, email if possible).
3. Initial outreach: Introduce BelleVie briefly to the committee member via call or message. Share a quick overview of the platform and its benefits for residents and society.
4. Fix demo meetings: Coordinate and schedule a meeting or demo between the committee and the BelleVie core team. Ensure date/time confirmation, share location details, and send calendar invites as needed.
5. Track & report: Maintain a daily tracker of societies visited, contacts collected, conversations made, and demos fixed. Share feedback from the field- receptiveness, concerns raised, or common objections.
