We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Intern to join Propnxt for a 3-month internship. The intern will support the sales & business development team, assist in lead generation, client coordination, and contribute to overall business growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in lead generation through calls, social media, and property portals.
2. Coordinate property visits between clients, owners, and sales teams.
3. Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and follow-ups.
4. Support in preparing property listings, presentations, and client briefs.
5. Handle client inquiries professionally (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
6. Conduct basic market research on projects and competitor offerings.
7. Work closely with senior BD executives to achieve monthly targets.
8. Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 336000 to 400000/year
