About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling Enquiries: Attend incoming calls professionally, understand prospective students' requirements, counsel them on suitable courses, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
2. Lead Follow-ups: Proactively contact prospective students, follow up on pending enquiries, address queries, and maintain consistent communication until conversion.
3. WhatsApp Communication: Share course brochures, fee structures, curriculum details, batch schedules, faculty information, and other relevant communication with prospective students.
4. Admission Conversion & Lead Management: Maintain an updated lead database, track daily conversations and follow-ups, handle objections confidently, and work towards achieving daily and monthly admission targets.
