Key responsibilities:
We're looking for an Sales & Business Development Manager to help us build and grow Accompany Akki. Over the last couple of years, Accompany Akki has achieved fantastic traction in the market with a lean team, with Millions of viewers with the fastest growing podcast channel. We are the only podcast channel and only channel overall on Youtube which provide jobs along with podcast and content and more.
In this role, you will educate and sell Accompany Akki's Brand Partnership, Podcast and Video Services to enterprise customers. Roles and Responsibilities:
Business development - Tap Potential customers and Handle business development of new and existing customers, exceeding sales targets with clear focus on converting inbound leads.
Acquisition of new enterprises and large-sized customers by using outbound strategies and leveraging the network.
Spearhead in dealing with C-level executives in technology and every other sector companies.
New client acquisition - Nurture prospective clients via references and advocate on recent industry trends and solutions to key challenges across the talent acquisition ecosystem
Relationship management - Build, maintain and nurture executive-level relationships in the enterprise accounts
Client retention and advisory - Work with the Founding and Media team to identify and eliminate challenges to our clients' retention and engagement
Requirements:
Good Sales knack and a possible experience in Media or SaaS (preferably in HR Tech or Media)
A passion for technology and all things digital
An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach
The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholder
This is primarily an inside sales role based in the office, but occasionally you will have to travel both within the city and outstation
Experience:
Experience of closing deals which have the potential to generate revenue with a considerable ticket size.
Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or videoconference.
Must possess strong Negotiation skills, Analytical, and problem-solving.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 8,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 360000 to 600000/year
