Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious MBA (Marketing) candidates to join our Sales & Business Development team. The role involves driving client acquisition, building relationships, and supporting growth strategies across legal-tech and consulting domains. Candidates will gain exposure to real-time B2B and B2C business development, market analysis, and digital sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, and digital channels.
Support sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks using MS PowerPoint & AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper).
Conduct market research & competitor analysis for business expansion.
Manage CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and sales funnels.
Generate reports in MS Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, pivot tables, KPIs).
Assist in digital campaigns, webinars, and events to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor performance data and prepare weekly MIS for leadership.
Required Skills
MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot) and digital outreach platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented approach.
Preferred
Prior internship/project in sales, consulting, or business development.
Interest in legal-tech, SaaS, or consulting services.
Ability to use AI tools for content, reporting, and outreach efficiency.
