About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the sales and business development team in lead generation and client acquisition.
2. Making outbound calls and follow-ups with potential residential and commercial property clients.
3. Maintaining and updating client data, site visit records, and follow-up status.
4. Supporting in market research and identifying new business opportunities.
5. Coordinating with senior team members for client meetings and site visits.
6. Helping in preparing basic reports on daily calling and client interactions.

4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp/email communication preferred.
5. Should be proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn real estate sales operations.
