About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Marketing & Sales of real estate projects.
2. Tie up with Builders to sell there projects.
3. Follow-up with the clients.
4. Preparing marketing strategies to deal with new clients
5. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with
arrangements of site visits.
6. Negotiate on the rate of quoted price of the property
7. Required to be constantly updated with the domestic real estate markets.
8. Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
9. Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
10. Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products
