DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research to identify the top under-construction residential and commercial projects in Maharashtra.
2. Developer Outreach: Proactively contact real estate developers and sales heads to introduce PurePlan's direct-to-buyer value proposition.
3. Project Sourcing: Gather critical project data, including RERA details, floor plans, pricing structures, and construction milestones.
4. Onboarding & Training: Act as a "Product Specialist" by walking developers through our website, explaining the dashboard features, and assisting them in uploading their first listings.
5. Feedback Loop: Collect direct feedback from developers to help our tech team refine the platform's user experience.
6. Relationship Management: Maintain a database of developer contacts and follow up regularly to ensure project data remains up to date.

The Communicator: Someone who can hold a professional conversation with real estate professionals and explain technical features simply.
The Researcher: Someone who knows how to use RERA websites, LinkedIn, and local directories to find the right contacts.
The Hustler: We are in a 12-week MVP cycle; we need someone who is comfortable with targets and fast-paced environments.
The Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is everything in real estate data. You must be meticulous when helping developers upload their projects.
