About the internship
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in reaching out to incoming leads and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms
2. Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products or plans
3. Update and manage lead data, sales pipelines, and CRM tools (Zoho)
4. Participate in client follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship nurturing
5. Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities or target segments
6. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth execution of sales processes
7. Help create sales reports, customer summaries, and proposals as guided by the manager
Requirements:
1. Be a student or recent graduate in business, marketing, agriculture, food tech, or related fields
2. Show strong interest in sales, business development, and startups
3. Possess good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
4. Demonstrate basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus)
5. Be self-driven, outgoing, and comfortable with customer interaction
6. Stay organized and proactive with strong follow-up discipline
