About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in problem-solving for engaging and challenging projects related to sales operations
2. Help with handling a team of 30 on-field sales associates
3. Own objectives setting and performance monitoring of the sales associates
4. Drive a high-quality control model for sales reporting and follow-up structure
5. Identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions to improve the overall efficiency of sales operations
6. Work on central level initiatives
7. Work directly with the category manager and senior category manager on city level projects
