DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Conduct 60-70 outbound calls daily to nursing and pharmacy institutions
2. Introduce RJPT Simlab software and communicate its benefits to prospects
3. Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads
4. Schedule and coordinate online and offline demo sessions with clients
5. Deliver product demonstrations independently after training
6. Explain software features, syllabus mapping, pricing, and plans during demos
7. Handle client queries during demo sessions
8. Follow up with prospects post-demo to drive conversions
9. Assist in negotiations and close sales deals
10. Provide basic post-sale customer support and onboarding assistance
11. Resolve minor client issues and coordinate with the technical team when required
12. Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
13. Update daily call reports and track lead status across stages
14. Monitor and record commission-based sales performance

Other requirements
1. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
2. Confidence in handling phone-based conversations
3. Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and Google Sheets
4. Willingness to learn product demonstrations and sales processes
5. Target-oriented approach towards work
6. Educational background in BBA, BCom, or any graduate or final-year student
7. Interest in sales, business development, and startup environments
8. Comfort with calling-based roles and client interaction

3. Fixed stipend of ₹6,000 per month
