About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Guide students and parents by counseling them on EdTech courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
2. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from prospective learners.
3. Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable learning programs.
4. Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, webinars, and online platforms.
5. Update and maintain accurate student information in CRM systems.
6. Support enrollments and work towards assigned targets through effective communication.
7. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
8. Participate in virtual demos, counseling sessions, and training programs to enhance skills.
