Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop a deep understanding of our wealth management products and services including investment options, asset allocation strategies, retirement planning, and risk management
2. Learn to assess clients' financial goals and risk tolerance to provide tailored wealth management recommendations
3. Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to offer informed advice to clients
4. Identify and engage potential clients
5. Create persuasive sales presentations
6. Nurture leads to clients
7. Seek opportunities for business expansion
8. Analyze target markets for growth opportunities
9. Collaborate with various teams
10. Participate in training programs
11. Develop negotiation skills
12. Stay updated on market trends
13. Contribute to discussions and decisions
14. Maintain a minimum attendance of 90%

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per sale).
