Business Operations– Expansion Internship in Hyderabad at Cake L'amore

Cake L'amore is a growing premium bakery and caf brand in Hyderabad. We are looking for an intern to support our store expansion efforts by identifying strong retail properties in shortlisted areas, coordinating with brokers and landlords, conducting first-level site screening, and maintaining an organized property pipeline for management review.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential retail properties for new Cake L'amore stores in shortlisted Hyderabad locations.
2. Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and local contacts to gather property leads.
3. Use Google Maps, online portals, and on-ground market visits to identify suitable high-street and neighborhood retail spaces.
4. Collect property details such as rent, deposit, carpet area, frontage, parking availability, power load, and possession timeline.
5. Conduct first-level screening of properties based on visibility, access, surrounding catchment, and business suitability.
6. Maintain a structured database of all leads, follow-ups, visit status, and management remarks.
7. Prepare short property summaries with photos, location insights, and recommendation notes.
8. Support competitor mapping and local market research across target areas.
9. Assist in broker database building and regular follow-up for fresh property opportunities.
10. Support store expansion tasks related to site visits, local coordination, and opening preparation.
