About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in day-to-day operational activities and internal coordination
2. Conducting market and competitor research to support decision-making
3. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers for quotations and timelines
4. Maintaining vendor and operational databases, records, and documentation
5. Supporting procurement, cost comparisons, and basic vendor evaluations
6. Assisting in process documentation and operational improvements
7. Preparing reports, MIS updates, and presentations for management
8. Supporting cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external vendors
This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate operations, research, and vendor management in a startup environment.
