About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Research markets, trends, competitors, and customer behavior to spot new growth opportunities.
2. Support the team in building business strategies and plans that actually get executed, not just theory.
3. Create simple yet impactful Excel trackers, dashboards, and PowerPoint decks to share insights and ideas.
4. Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand how real businesses run.
5. Help track the performance of ongoing strategies and campaigns and suggest improvements.
6. Support marketing and growth initiatives that improve customer engagement, leads, and brand visibility.
7. Assist in client handling, including communication, follow-ups, understanding requirements, and coordination (with guidance).
8. Share fresh ideas, insights, and creative suggestions that contribute to business growth.
9. Use clear spoken and written English to communicate confidently with teams and clients.
