About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partner with the founder and core team to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives
2. Build internal systems, dashboards, trackers, and SOPs to streamline execution and improve visibility across functions (ops, growth, product, finance)
3. Identify gaps in current workflows and design scalable solutions from scratch (0 1 builder mindset)
4. Own key projects from research and planning to implementation and tracking outcomes
5. Be a force multiplier: anticipate needs, manage up, and step into any function when needed
6. Drive team cadences reviews, OKRs, planning, and retros

5. Self-starter with a bias for execution and ability to work across multiple work streams simultaneously
