About the internship
We are looking for semi-qualified Chartered Accountants or CA articleship candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing financial, compliance, and advisory services to startups and emerging businesses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in virtual CFO services, financial strategy, and investment structuring.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Maintaining bookkeeping and financial records.
2. Supporting compliance-related activities, including ROC filings, GST, income tax, and regulatory reporting.
3. Processing payroll.
4. Reconciling GST and TDS.
5. Assisting in creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system automation.

1. Semi-Qualified CA (cleared IPCC/Inter – both groups).
2. Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and compliance.
3. Strong articulation and communication skills
4. Basic knowledge of Excel, Tally, and Zoho Books.
5. Available for minimum 2 years
