About the internship
As an Audit & Accounts Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate compliance while working alongside experienced professionals. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build practical knowledge in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and corporate advisory services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting activities.
2. Support statutory, tax, and internal audit assignments.
3. Assist with taxation, regulatory compliance, and return filing processes.
4. Contribute to IPO-related assignments and Companies Act compliance activities.
5. Support audit and compliance work for listed companies.
6. Prepare financial statements, audit documentation, and working papers.
7. Conduct financial data analysis and assist in identifying discrepancies.
8. Collaborate with senior professionals on client engagements and regulatory assignments.
9. Stay updated on accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate regulations.
