About the internship
SBKD & Co. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented CA interns to join our growing team, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in a professional and dynamic work environment; we are seeking a dynamic CA articleship intern at Sharwan Kumar & Co. with strong knowledge of MS Office, time management, accounting, problem-solving skills, proficiency in spoken and written English, and a good understanding of statutory compliance.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
2. Conduct research and analysis on various accounting and tax issues
3. Assist in audits and reviews
4. Help with statutory compliance and regulatory filings
5. Collaborate with team members on various projects
6. Communicate effectively with clients and team members
7. Continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Key areas of exposure:
1. GST compliance & litigation
2. Income tax (Returns, assessments & appeals)
3. TDS/TCS filings
4. Audit & assurance
5. MCA & ROC compliance
