DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Design language & form: Conceptualize cohesive, aesthetically driven aircraft exteriors, surface modeling, and chassis designs that build brand identity while respecting aerodynamics and ergonomics.
2. DFM & high-fidelity modeling: Build production-ready 3D CAD models and renders, iterating for manufacturability (e.g., injection molding, carbon fiber layups).
3. Hardware-software synergy: Partner with mechatronics and embedded teams to integrate internals, optimizing for thermal management and sensor field-of-view.
4. Physical prototyping: Drive rapid prototyping with FDM/SLA 3D printing, foam modeling, and CMF (color, material, finish) studies to test assembly and user interaction.
5. Visual storytelling: Craft technical docs, exploded views, and 3D animations for investor pitches and launches.
