About the Program
As a campus ambassador intern for Kazar, you will have the exciting opportunity to represent our brand on your college campus and create engaging digital and social media marketing campaigns. With your English proficiency in both written and spoken communication, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving student engagement.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. As a Campus Ambassador for Kazar Games, you will:
2. Test new Kazar Games titles regularly, identify bugs/improvements, and submit structured gameplay feedback to the team.
3. Create and post engaging content (gameplay clips, reviews, screenshots, tournament highlights) on your social media channels.
4. Promote Kazar Games across your campus and online communities to drive awareness and increase user-engagement.
5. Actively engage with Kazar Games' official posts like, comment, repost and encourage your peers to participate.
6. Participate in regular training sessions to learn about upcoming game releases, features and ambassador growth strategies.
Learning Opportunities:
1. Training on game testing, gameplay analysis & feedback reporting
2. Workshops on social media growth, content creation & audience engagement
3. Exposure to community management, influencer outreach & gaming-marketing fundamentals
How it works:
1. Each week/month you will earn leaderboard points by completing tasks (game testing, content creation, event promotion, etc).
2. Your leaderboard ranking determines which tier you qualify for. High performers move to Tier-2 & Tier-3.
3. All rewards issued upon successful completion of tasks, verification of performance & internship term.

Other requirements
1. Must have good social media or campus network
2. Must be in a high school or university
3. Should give at least 30-60 minutes daily to the internship

1. Base: Up to 4,500 stipend, awarded based on performance. Participation certificate and a LOR for those who complete the term. Early access to new game releases, ambassador-only events & perks.
2. Advanced Ambassador: Fixed cash reward: 5,000. Exclusive merchandise kit. Formal certificate of recognition. Access to special networking events & ambassador-only privileges
3. Elite Ambassador: 6month paid internship at Kazar(or a partner gaming company),with a stipend of 50,000 per month
