About the Program
Roles:
1. Represent Brahmastra Energy on your campus
2. Lead on-ground brand activations and awareness campaigns
3. Drive product sampling and student engagement initiatives
4. Build a strong Brahmastra student community within your college
5. Create and share engaging content around campus life, events, fitness, hackathons, competitions, and student culture with Brahmastra's engagement in it.
6. Act as the bridge between your campus and the Brahmastra core team
7. Identify opportunities for partnerships with clubs, societies, sports teams, and college events
8. Help expand Brahmastra's presence among students who embody the "One Last Push" mindset
The campus ambassador's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Brand Building:
1. Promote Brahmastra within your campus ecosystem
2. Increase visibility and awareness among students
3. Gather student feedback and market insights
B. Campus Activations:
1. Organize product sampling drives
2. Support college fest and event activations
3. Coordinate small-scale engagement campaigns
C. Content Creation:
1. Capture photos, reels, stories, and student experiences
2. Showcase how students use Brahmastra during exams, hackathons, sports, fests, and late-night projects
3. Participate in brand campaigns and challenges
D. Community Development:
1. Build a network of students interested in entrepreneurship, sports, content creation, leadership, and campus culture
2. Encourage participation in Brahmastra initiatives and campaigns
E. Market Intelligence:
1. Share insights about student preferences and campus trends
2. Help identify new growth opportunities for the brand

A. We're looking for students who:
1. Are currently enrolled in the following colleges in India: Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, UPES, Graphic Era, OP Jindal, or JIIT.
2. Have strong communication and networking skills.
3. Are active in societies, clubs, sports, student councils, fests, or campus communities.
4. Enjoy meeting new people and taking initiative.
5. Have a growth mindset and ownership mentality.
6. Are passionate about building communities and creating impact.
B. Preferred but not mandatory:
1. Content creation experience
2. Leadership positions in student organizations
3. Event management experience
4. Marketing or brand-building experience
