About the internship
The Technical Academy Intern will support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of technical training programs within the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in creating learning materials, analyzing training effectiveness, and assisting in the coordination of upskilling and capability-building initiatives across multiple sites at Cipla.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparation and publication of training dashboards: Design, update, and share interactive dashboards that reflect learner progress, participation trends, and feedback metrics.
2. PowerPoint preparation & presentation support: Create and refine visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for training sessions and knowledge sharing.
3. Data compilation and reporting: Collect, clean, and organize training data from multiple sources to support analytics and decision-making.
4. Support technical academy initiatives: Assist in the coordination and promotion of ongoing learning programs and technical challenges.
5. Documentation: Data collection, compilation, and report creation as per the available data.
6. Feedback & survey management: Prepare and circulate feedback forms; analyze survey results to identify opportunities for training improvement.
