About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in applying to jobs on behalf of clients across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, company portals, etc.)
2. Customize and tailor resumes and cover letters based on job requirements
3. Conduct job and company research aligned with client profiles and goals
4. Maintain and update application trackers and documentation
5. Analyze job descriptions and identify key skill gaps or alignment areas
6. Support in profile building (LinkedIn optimization, portfolio suggestions, etc.)
7. Coordinate with the lead career coach on strategy and execution
8. Ensure timely follow-ups on applications and responses
