About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support tracking of category performance (admissions, batches, utilization)
2. Work on data analysis using Excel and basic dashboards
3. Assist in optimizing batch schedules and program structure
4. Coordinate with coaching and marketing teams for campaigns
5. Help improve customer experience and operational processes
6. Conduct basic market and competitor research
7. Support documentation and creation of SOPs
8. Assist in planning for new center launches and expansion
