About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Define and drive overall category strategy, including ownership of category P&L
2. Ensure product alignment with brand benchmarks across quality, style, and pricing
3. Analyze current market trends and forecast future consumer demand based on seasonality and external factors
4. Develop long-term strategies for category growth and manage category exits where required
5. Plan product range and inventory while managing and executing vendor relationships
6. Determine optimal product availability, visibility, and category mix to meet customer demand
7. Strategize product positioning to enhance visibility across online and retail channels
8. Develop pricing architecture and margin strategies in collaboration with supply chain and marketing teams
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior and drive category growth
10. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive automation for scalable operations
11. Interpret data insights to support informed decision-making
12. Manage stakeholder communication and coordination effectively
