About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits across various industries.
2. Support in direct & indirect tax compliance - filing returns, preparing workings, responding to notices.
3. Maintain books of accounts, perform reconciliations, and assist in finalization.
4. Aid in ROC filings and basic secretarial compliance under the Company Law.
5. Coordinate and communicate with clients for data collection and follow-ups.
6. Research tax & regulatory updates and assist seniors in various assignments.
7. Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and deadlines as part of daily work routine.
