About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit 1-3 active construction sites daily across Bengaluru, including projects such as Bagmane, Prestige, Birla, Embassy, and Pidilite
2. Inspect substrate readiness, including concrete quality, surface finish, gap dimensions, and waterproofing conditions
3. Supervise installation of expansion joint covers and identify issues in real time
4. Prepare and share daily site reports with photographs using standard templates via WhatsApp and email
5. Take accurate measurements using tape or laser tools for quoting and shop-drawing requirements
6. Coordinate sample dispatches with the Bengaluru warehouse
7. Attend site and consultant meetings, record minutes, and circulate updates
8. Support preparation of Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) inputs on site progress
9. Escalate issues promptly to ensure transparency and avoid delays

Other requirements
1. Availability to start within the next 4 weeks
2. Availability for a minimum duration of 6 months
3. Final-year student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering (2024/2025/2026 batch)
4. Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate at own cost
5. Willingness to work on construction sites daily in conditions involving dust, heat, noise, and extended standing hours
6. Prior site internship experience or practical exposure to concrete, waterproofing, or finishing works
7. Comfort with daily travel across Bengaluru, with preference for candidates having access to a two-wheeler
8. Access to a smartphone for site documentation, communication, and reporting
