About the internship
1. Make daily outbound calls to customers, prospects, and existing leads.
2. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and project updates.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Manage and update customer data and lead records in Excel/CRM systems.
5. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
6. Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team when required.
7. Handle customer communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
8. Track daily follow-ups and maintain sales activity reports.
9. Reconnect with old customers and generate repeat business opportunities.
10. Assist in achieving monthly sales and customer engagement targets.

Other requirements
1. Male and female candidates can apply.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Confident in speaking over phone calls.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
5. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to learn.
7. Candidates pursuing or having completed BBA, BMS, BCom, MBA, engineering, diploma, or similar courses are preferred.
