About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms
2. Explain Training and Internship programs, and key benefits clearly
3. Handle queries and guide students in choosing the right program
4. Follow up regularly with interested candidates to move them towards enrollment
5. Convert leads into successful Clients through effective communication
6. Maintain and update lead data in Excel sheets.
7. Track daily activities such as calls, follow-ups, and conversions
8. Share regular performance updates with the team lead
9. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
10. Participate in training sessions to improve sales and communication skills
11. Consistently work towards achieving assigned performance goals and contributing to team success
