About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in customer acquisition by reaching out to prospective clients.
2. Support customer retention through follow-ups and relationship management.
3. Communicate with clients through written English.
4. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
5. Maintain organized records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.

Other requirements
1. Open to female candidates only.
2. Pursuing distance learning or open-degree programs (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., etc.) or having no college-hour restrictions.
3. Strong command of written English (mandatory).
4. Comfortable working on-site in early US shift timings (6 AM – 12:30 PM IST) - non-negotiable.
5. Willingness to work 6 days a week from our Noida (Sector 78) office - non-negotiable.
